What We Do

Bespoke joinery, built around you.

Eight things we are asked for most, all made to the room rather than to a standard size. If what you need is not on the list, ask — it is probably joinery too.

How We Work

Craftsmanship you can see in every detail.

The difference between joinery that looks fitted and joinery that looks bought is almost entirely in the preparation and the last five per cent of the work. That is where we spend the time.

  • Accurate measuring

Every job is measured on site. Nothing is priced or cut from a size given over the phone.

  • Quality materials

Timber and boards chosen for the job and the room, not for whatever is cheapest that week.

  • Clean installation

Scribed to the wall, level, square, and fixed so it stays that way.

  • Reliable communication

You will know when we are coming, what we are doing and what it costs before we start.

  • Attention to detail

Even margins, tight mitres, filled fixings. The parts people notice without knowing why.

  • Tidy workmanship

Floors covered, dust managed, waste taken away and the room left usable.

Common Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free and given in writing after we have come out and measured. We do not price joinery properly over the phone, because the size of the room and the state of the walls decide most of the cost.
Which areas do you cover?
Southport and the surrounding areas — Birkdale, Ainsdale, Churchtown, Hillside, Formby, Crosby, Ormskirk and across Sefton. If you are slightly outside that, ask and we will tell you straight away.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance and work under it on every job, domestic and commercial.
Do you supply the materials or do I?
Either. We can supply everything, or fit a kitchen, doors or flooring you have already bought. Tell us which when you enquire and the estimate will reflect it.
How long does a fitted kitchen take?
A straightforward replacement kitchen is usually around one to two weeks on site, longer if walls are moving, the floor needs levelling or worktops are being templated in stone. We give you a programme with the estimate.
Do you clear up afterwards?
Every day, not just at the end. Floors get covered before we start, waste is taken away and the room is left usable.
